Data deletion instructions

You can ask Pipeline, a trade name of Ziv Shaltiel, 14 HaRav Damari St., Rishon LeZion, Israel, to delete all personal data it holds about you, whether you contacted us through this website, use the Pipeline platform, or messaged a business that uses Pipeline on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger. You don't need an account, and it is free.

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include your name and the identifier you used: your phone number, Instagram username or Facebook name, and the name of the business you messaged, if any.
3. We may ask you to verify that the data is yours, for example by messaging from the same account or number.
4. Within 30 days of your request we permanently delete your data and confirm by email. Files such as recordings and images are also removed from our encrypted backups within one day, and all other data within 92 days.

What is deleted: your contact details (name, phone, email, username, profile photo); your conversations, including voice notes, images and files, their transcripts and AI summaries; tags, fields, notes, tasks, meetings, deals and call recordings linked to you; your meetings in the business's connected Google Calendar; your website form submission; and your platform account, if you have one.

Other ways: a business that uses Pipeline can delete a contact and everything linked to it from the platform, so you can also ask that business directly. If you connected Google Calendar, "Disconnect" («ניתוק») in the business's settings revokes Pipeline's access at Google and deletes the connection; you can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

What is not deleted: data we are legally required to keep, such as accounting records, is kept only for the period the law requires. The audit log keeps a record that a deletion took place, without your name or phone number. Copies held by the business you messaged, in its other systems, or by Meta (for example the chat in your own app) are outside our control; we notify the business of your request.
